Thank you for shopping with Mwasi. We're currently operating on a pre-order model, which means your items are made to order and shipped once production is complete. This allows us to reduce waste and make more thoughtful fashion choices.

Shipping Timeline

Orders will be dispatched approximately 4–8 weeks after the pre-order window closes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If anything changes with your estimated delivery window, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
We currently ship to the UK and selected international locations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to reach out via our contact form.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Mwasi is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
